05. Color resolution index

 
The color resolution index is the actual viewing experience of the color range in the contrast index, which represents the ability of the display * to restore the color finally. There is no way to brighten this index. However, on the whole, the small spacing led must be the * technology with the dual advantages of color and contrast.
 

06. Refresh frequency

 
Refresh frequency is the key index to effectively suppress the flicker of screen. The refresh frequency of LED screen is generally very high, most of the liquid crystal is 60-120hz, which has exceeded the resolution limit of human eyes.
 

7 point defect

 
Point defect refers to the probability of bad points, bright spots, dark points and color channels in display equipment. In this respect, LCD products can also be controlled to an excellent level. In contrast, effective control of point defect is one of the main technical difficulties of LED screen, especially with the reduction of pixel spacing, the control difficulty increases into geometric base.
 

08. Unit thickness

 
In terms of cell thickness, liquid crystal has inherent advantages, and it has been continuously optimized and improved; although the small spacing LED display has achieved ultra wide at present, the space for future progress will not be too large.
In terms of optical pollution and visual comfort, liquid crystal mainly refers to glare and high-frequency blue light, while small spacing LED is the problem of over bright and high-frequency blue light.
 

09. Consumables and display core life indicators

 
It mainly refers to the LED display lamp beads and backplane, LCD screen body and light source. In this aspect, the life advantage of LCD * to be clear, the overall life can reach 100000 hours. The individual differences of LED screen lamp beads and the stability of backplane determine that the life differences between individual splices of such products are significant, and individual units may need to be replaced soon.

 

10. Engineering heat dissipation

 
Engineering heat dissipation is an inevitable requirement for long-term stable operation of large-scale display system. In this respect, liquid crystal has more significant advantages because of its low power consumption and low power density. Although small spacing LED has the characteristics of low power density, the overall power consumption will still be higher. Meanwhile, small spacing LED products with high heat dissipation requirements also mean higher system noise.
