Safety inspection requirements for LED ceiling project

During the use and operation of LED ceiling project, the safety of its structure shall be tested and identified regularly. This paper analyzes the safety and durability of the structure, including the appearance of the canopy, the relevant parameters of the concrete-filled steel tube column, the relevant parameters of the pipe truss and the detection and analysis of the damage; according to the detection data, the safety assessment is given, and reasonable suggestions are put forward, which is a good reference for the quality inspection of similar projects.
 
Generally, led skylight is built in the bustling commercial center and densely populated area, so all kinds of engineering quality hazards will pose a major threat to the surrounding buildings and life safety, and the structure of LED skylight should be tested and identified. In this paper, a practical led canopy engineering structure safety appraisal analysis, appraisal method and process for similar structure inspection can play a good reference role.
 
1. Basic inspection
 
The cracks at the connection between the steel column and the ground of the LED ceiling project are inspected. After inspection, whether there are settlement cracks, deformation and displacement at the connection between the steel tube concrete column and the ground of the ceiling project; whether the upper structure works normally, whether there are obvious inclinations, displacements and cracks caused by settlement, etc.
 
2. Component layout and section size inspection
 
The layout of components of LED ceiling project is investigated, and 8 concrete-filled steel tubular columns and 8 pipe truss components are selected for LED ceiling project by using steel tape, vernier caliper, ultrasonic thickness gauge, etc., and the section size of the measured components meets the design requirements.
 
3. Detection of bending height and perpendicularity of CFST column
 
Eight steel column members were selected from LED ceiling project by total station without prism and tested for bending vector height and perpendicularity respectively. The measured bending vector height deviation of CFST column members is 1mm-5mm, and perpendicularity deviation is 0.9mm-20.6mm, which are less than the limit value in code for acceptance of construction quality of steel structure engineering (GB50205-2001).
 
4. Dry film thickness test of pipe truss and steel column member coating
 
Tt260 type coating thickness gauge is used to select 30 pipe truss members from the LED ceiling project to test the dry film thickness of the anti-corrosion coating on the surface of the pipe truss members. The dry film thickness of the anti-corrosion coating on the surface of the measured members shall meet the requirements of code for acceptance of construction quality of steel structures (GB50205-2001): 150 μ m outdoor, 125 μ m indoor, and the allowable deviation is - 25 μ M.
 
5. Weld quality inspection
 
48 butt welds and related line welds of LED ceiling project are selected by digital display ultrasonic flaw detector for weld quality inspection. The weld quality measured meets the requirements of weld quality level II.
 
6. Appearance quality, damage and leakage inspection
 
The appearance quality, damage and leakage of LED ceiling project shall be inspected: corrosion of connectors, wrinkling of steel members, sagging, peeling and back rusting, as well as crack and deformation.
